Raise a Claim Policies

At Keromobile, we strive to ensure that every customer receives high-quality, certified refurbished products. However, if you encounter any issue with your order, you can raise a claim through our streamlined support process. Claims may be related to product damage, defects, missing items, or warranty concerns, and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for initial verification.

To raise a claim, please email info@keromobile.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos and/or a full unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon delivery
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

Important

Claims without proper visual evidence (unboxing video or clear pictures) will not be entertained, as this is mandatory for validating the issue. Once the claim is submitted, our support team will assess the materials and provide guidance within 2–3 business days.

Keromobile reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the stated criteria or fall outside our warranty and return policies. For a smooth experience, we advise customers to carefully inspect their product upon delivery and retain all original packaging and invoices.
