Shipping Method
- Standard Delivery: The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Orders usually ship within 1-3 working days depending on payment confirmation and your selected delivery address and availability of your items in the warehouse. Delivery is free for orders within UAE.
- Kero Mobile may need up to 72 hours to process any order before shipping
- Same Working Day Delivery: Same Day delivery is only offered in Dubai and some areas of Sharjah. To get delivery on the same working day, you will need to receive your Order Confirmation before 10:00am, on Monday to Saturday
- If you have not received the Product(s) within the estimated delivery time specified in the dispatch confirmation, you should contact us via our website or by email (details are available here: Contact Us).
- Orders can be delivered only in the United Arab Emirates and GCC. We don’t support cross border delivery.

- High order volumes might lead to slight delays occasionally.
- We process orders made on weekends or holidays on the following business day.
- We do not schedule deliveries for Fridays.
- Kero Mobile strives to meet delivery estimates, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Order and Customer Information
Confirm the accuracy of your delivery address and contact information at checkout. Complete and accurate information will enable courier to deliver parcel easily.
Change Order Information
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier, you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.
Damaged orders
If your item is damaged when you receive it, you can refuse the delivery. If you only find damage after receiving the delivery, please call Kero Mobile Customer Service. In the event of a damaged delivery, Kero Mobile will contact the delivery service directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with the least inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and to provide you with a replacement.

- You can track your order with the provided tracking number.
