At Keromobile, we stand behind the quality of our certified refurbished devices. All products sold through our platform come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers devices that are physically damaged upon delivery, are non-functional, or arrive with visible defects such as extra dents, scratches, broken keys, faulty cameras, or abnormal battery performance. In case of a valid issue, customers are advised to contact the customer service for support and resolution.
However, the warranty does not apply to devices that have been damaged due to power surges, natural disasters, mishandling, or poor transport conditions post-delivery. It is also void if the product has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Devices with altered or missing IMEI numbers, or those that do not match our records, are not eligible for warranty services. Warranty claims will also be denied if the issue arises from software-related problems, or if the original invoice is missing, altered, or flagged as invalid.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure eligibility for warranty claims, customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. No return, replacement, refund, or warranty request will be accepted without proper video or photo documentation. Additionally, prior to returning or servicing the device, customers are required to remove any Apple ID, Google account, screen lock, or passcode. Keromobile will not be responsible for any data loss, account lockouts, or misuse due to failure to follow these guidelines.
